At a commercial work site located at 123 W 23rd Ave, North Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious injuries, in that the unprotected sides and edges of the elevated work area ( the wall opening) was not provided with guardrails or any other means of fall protection. The employees were exposed to an approx. 17 to 20 ft fall hazard to the concrete surfaces below.
