OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish the employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to potential fire, deflagration and explosion hazards associated with combustible wood dust. a) American Stair and Rail Artisans LLC.- Production floor: Employees were exposed to fire, deflagration and explosion hazards from combustible wood dusts with KST values of 11.42 and 4.62 bar meters per second due to dust collectors, including, but not limited to, the Jet JCDC-3 model 717530K (3 units) and the Jet DC-650BK dust collection systems and the associated duct work not being adequately designed and installed, condition occurred on or about 01/13/2026.
