29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: a) On or about 09/03/2025, in Bakery 2 Processing area; employees were exposed to caught-in hazards during servicing and/or maintenance activities such as, but not limited to; cleaning and unjamming the Rheon dough feeder. Employees were not trained as Authorized and to recognize hazardous energy sources or to use the proper procedures to control those hazards. As a result, this machine was not shut down, de-energized, or locked out when performing cleaning and unjamming tasks. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
