29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 16 Reading Ave, Cape May, NJ - The employer did not ensure employees used a fall protection system while conducting residential construction approximately 30 feet above the ground, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about September 3, 2025. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
