OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards: 21800 E 19th Ave, Aurora, Colorado, 80019: On or about September 4, 2025, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the following: (a) Employees were required to store, retrieve, and handle heavy items such as washing machines, clothes dryers, and microwave ovens from storage racks up to five levels high. The racking system consisted of steel structural members, including frames, posts, and beams forming bays. One vertical post was struck by equipment and was bent near the work floor. b) Employees were required to store, retrieve, and handle heavy items such as washing machines, clothes dryers, and microwave ovens from storage racks up to five levels high. The racking system consisted of steel structural members, including frames, posts, and beams forming bays. Another post in a separate row was not fully secured to the floor.
