29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) At or near 938 Boulevard., New Milford NJ - Roof - Court Yard Ladder:  Employees were exposed to an approximately 18  foot fall hazards while utilizing an extension ladder that only extended approximately 24 inches above the landing area,  on or about 9/3/25

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At or near 938 Boulevard., New Milford NJ - Roof:  Employees without any means of fall protection were exposed to approximately 18 feet fall hazards while engaged in roofing activities, on or about 9/3/25.  OCR Contractor LLC) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1822728, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/27/25, with respect to a workplace located at 3203-3206 Walling Ct., Hillsborough NJ.
