29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) At or near 1309 Elmore Pl., Fort Lee NJ - Exterior Front Stairway: Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards while accessing the building utilizing an eight riser stariway without any handrail, on or about 8/28/25. b) At or near 1309 Elmore Pl., Fort Lee NJ - Interior Lobby Stairway: Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards while accessing the second floor utilizing a fifteen riser stariway without any handrail, on or about 8/28/25. c) At or near 1309 Elmore Pl., Fort Lee NJ - Interior Garage Stairway: Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards while accessing the first floor utilizing a thirteen riser stariway without any handrail, on or about 8/28/25. AONE, C&M INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501017, citation number 01, item number 05 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/19/21, with respect to a workplace located at 48 Grand Ave., Palisades Park NJ.
