29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) At or near 1309 Elmore Pl. Fort Lee NJ - Frame Scaffold - Right Side Facade: employees were exposed to fall hazards varying from approximately 7 feet to 12 feet while engaged in masonry work from two frame scaffold platforms that were not fully planket, on or about 8/28/25 A&B STUCCO was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1588088 , citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/6/22, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Bergen Blvd., Fairview NJ.
