29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about September 5, 2025, the employer, Alexis J Construction LLC, did not ensure that employees were protected from a fall of approximately 9 feet while performing a tear off and re-roof on a residential home located at 6213 Wallings Rd, North Royalton, OH 44133. The employees were working on the roof and the employer did not ensure that they were using conventional fall protection systems and/or devices.
