29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(M): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain an explanation of the signs, labels, or color coding required by 29 CFR 1910.103 (g)(1): a) In the Laundry room, 1118 Graham Avenue, Winder PA. On or about September 24, 2025, Laundry technicians were not provided adequate Bloodborne Pathogen training on the labeling of potential biohazardous soiled medical laundry prior to handling and sorting. The bins, carts and bags used to transport the laundry from the medical facility were not labeled or marked with tags, special color bags, and/or red containers to alert biohazardous waste.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, and leaks. a) In the rear end of Laundry room, 1118 Graham Avenue, Winder PA. On or about September 24, 2025, the wood ramp platform leading to the back of the facility was unstable, missing planks, nails protruding and was not even with adjacent walking surface. Laundry technicians traveled this ramp platform to move the cleaned medical facility laundry.
