29 CFR 1926.950(b)(1)(ii): Each employee was not trained in and familiar with any other safety practices, including applicable emergency procedures (such as pole-top and manhole rescue), that are not specifically addressed by this subpart but that are related to his or her work and are necessary for his or her safety. a) Kent Power Inc. on or about September 9, 2025, at the location of 1811 N CR 41 Tiffin, Ohio: The employer did not ensure employees tasked with working from an elevated truck mounted platform were adequately trained on applicable emergency procedures for bucket/platform evacuation in the event of an emergency or mechanical failure. Without the benefit of the aforementioned training, employees operating in this condition were exposed to fall hazards.
