29 CFR 1910.107(c)(2): Open flame or spark producing equipment was within a spraying area and/or within 20 feet thereof, was not separated by a partition: Spray Area: On, or about, September 5, 2025, a moveable stand that contained six fans was used to provide ventilation for the spray area. The fan stand was measured to be nine feet from the spray area. The fans had regular duty fan motors that were not designed for use in a hazardous location.

29 CFR 1910.107(e)(1): The employer did not ensure that the storage of flammable liquids in connection with spraying operations conformed to the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.106: A. Spray Area: On, or about, September 5, 2025, approximately 135 gallons of Sherwin Williams Steel Spec 1003 Shopcoat Primer, a Category 3 flammable liquid, was stored in and adjacent to the spray area. Ref. 29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2) B. Spray Area: On, or about, September 5, 2025, two pails that contained Sherwin Williams mineral spirits, a Category 3 flammable liquid, where not grounded. The spray guns were stored soaking in the mineral spirits when not in use. Ref. 29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i)

The outer insulation jacket was damaged on the yellow extension cord. B. The power cord provided on the brown pedestal fan was pulled from the motor connection and the ground pin was missing from the plug.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: Spray Area: On, or about, September 5, 2025, two pails that contained Sherwin Williams mineral spirits, a Category 3 flammable liquid, were not provided with labels. The pails were used to soak spray guns when not in use.
