29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) On or about September 5, 2025, on the roof joists; employee(s) operated pneumatic nail guns without utilizing eye or face protection while performing framing activities on the exterior of the new commercial construction building.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) On or about September 5, 2025, on the roof joists; employee(s) operated pneumatic nail guns without adequate fall protection while conducting framing activities forming the leading edge on the exterior of the new commercial construction building at a height of 6 feet or more to the ground below.
