29 CFR  1910.305(h)(6):Fittings. Connectors used to connect lengths of cable in a run shall be of a type that lock firmly together. Provisions shall be made to prevent opening or closing these connectors while energized. Strain relief shall be provided at connections and terminations.  On or about September 05, 2025,  on the eastside of the facility; employees utilized power cords with damaged strain relief while assembling furniture in the following instances:  a) On the production floor, a multi-outlet strip that powered the microwave had a damaged strain relief.  b) On the production floor, a relocatable power tap (RPT) powering a radio and a multi-outlet strip had a damaged strain relief.  c) On the production floor, a pinch roller had a damaged strain relief. d) On the spray floor, a pendent electrical box had a damaged strain relief.
