29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- Upper Roof, 119 & 123 John Vanzandt Drive, Titusville NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when erecting a Alum-a-pole's pole/post from a residential structure's pitched roof, and performing other related activities from this pitched roof, without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 09/05/25. a- Lower Roof, 119 & 123 John Vanzandt Drive, Titusville NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 24 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below, when erecting a Alum-a-pole's pole/post from a residential structure's pitched roof, and performing other related activities from this pitched roof, without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 09/05/25.
