1926.503(a)(2) The employer did not assure that each employee had been trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified in the following areas: a- 1235 Parkway Avenue, Ewing NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet 8 inches to the ground surface below, when working at and near the unprotected edges of a commercial structure's second floor without fall protection.
