29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Laundry- On or about 9/5/202, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards associated with corrosive chemicals, in that the employer failed to ensure that facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were provided to employees in the immediate work area while employees were working with corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to, Ecolab AQUANOMIC 2.0 LOW TEMP LAUNDRY SOLID CLEARLY SOFT PLUS, Ecolab AQUANOMIC 2.0 LOW TEMP LAUNDRY SOLID DETERGENT, Ecolab LOW TEMP LAUNDRY SOLID CHLORINE SANITIZER , Ecolab STAINBLASTER MAKEUP REMOVER and Ecolab STAIN BLASTER MULTI-PURPOSE.
