An abatement demand letter was sent to the employer on March 9, 2026.

Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet.  b) On or about 09/08/2025 at the site located at 67 Mexico Street, Camden, NY 13316: Employees utilized body belts instead of personal fall arrest systems while working on a 10:12 pitch roof. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 16 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.    a) On or about 09/08/2025, on the site located at 67 Mexico Street, Camden, NY 13316 : A worker performing roofing activities on a 4:12 pitch roof without utilizing fall protection were exposed to falls of greater than 6 feet.  CMW Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1614080, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/17/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 8325 Partridgeberry Drive, Baldwinsville, NY 13027 .
