1926.21(b)(2) The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) On or about September 8, 2025, at the jobsite: the employer did not ensure that an employee exposed to Respirable Crystalline Silica while cutting asphalt with a STIHL TS420-Z concrete saw, was protected by the implementation of the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1.
