Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet while working from a pumpjack scaffold that was not equipped with a fall protection system, on or about 09-08-2025.  b)  522 Valley Road, Clifton NJ. Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet while working from a pumpjack scaffold that was not equipped with a fall protection system, on or about 09-08-2025.

29 CFR  1926.451(h)(1): Each employee on a scaffold was not provided with additional protection from falling hand tools, debris, and other small objects through the installation of toeboards, screens, guardrail systems, or through the erection of debris nets, catch platforms, or canopy structures that contain or deflect the falling objects.  For falling objects too large, heavy or massive to be contained or deflected, the employer did not place and secure such potential falling objects away from the edge of the surface from which they could fall.   a) 522 Valley Road, Clifton NJ. An employee was exposed to an head injury from tools and materials while working below pumpjack scaffolds without a hard hat, that was not equipped  with toeboards,  on or about 09-08-2025.
