Mud sills were cracked and sitting on top of unfilled cinder block.  Hazard noted on or about 09/23/25

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:   Location: 11 Williams Rd, Kendall Park, NJ 08824  Two employees working from pump jack scaffold were not protected from falling off the back and sides of the scaffold,  which was missing fall protection systems.   Hazard noted on or about 09/23/25

29 CFR  1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  Location: 11 Williams Rd, Kendall Park, NJ 08824  Employees were working off pump jack scaffold that was not properly secured to the structure. The scaffold was only secured at the top of the pole. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 13'2''.   Hazard noted on or about 09/23/25
