29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: 9757 Alton St., Henderson, Colorado: On or about September 9, 2025, employees walking by the Jarvis hydraulic saw (Model MG-1) when it was being operated by an employee were not protected from accidental/inadvertent contact with the moving blade.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): 9757 Alton St., Henderson, Colorado: On or about September 9, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that employees operating the company's Biro Table Saw (Model #4436) in a sequential process to cut meat products were protected from hazards created by and/or at the point of operation. Although a saw guide bar was affixed to the machinery it was not adequately adjusted to prevent contact with the rotating blade, potentially exposing employees to lacerations and amputation hazards.
