29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: At a worksite located at 805 N Washington Street Junction City, Kansas 66441 - Employees engaged in roofing maintenance service contract agreements activities on the roof area. The hazardous material observed included, but was not limited to using gasoline; Everest System - Everseal Roofing & Construction Hybrid Sealant/Adhesive - 100% Solids Plasticizer Free Self Leveling Moisture Cure Sealant; Weather Membrane Cleaner; Bond Adhesive; TPO Patches; and Sealant Bottles were exposed to corrosive hazards in that safety data sheets were not maintained onsite at this workplace.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Unprotected sides and edges.�Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards at a worksite located at 805 N Washington Street Junction City, Kansas 66441. This was most recently documented on or about September 9, 2025 when Service Technicians were caulking termination bars. Employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 30 feet eave to ground without the use of fall protection.
