29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: a) WAWA Convenience Store, 220 Shikellamy Avenue, Sunbury, PA 17801 - On or about September 9, 2025, an employee was exposed to shock hazards while terminating wires in a live 208-volt electrical panel without proper arc flash clothing/equipment. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
