29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a) 18602 E Maxwell Pl., Denver, CO 80249: On or about September 6, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet while conducting framing operations on a flat ledge. The employer did not provide training on items such as, but not limited to; nature of fall hazards in the work area; use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used; and/or limitations on the use of mechanical equipment during the performance of roofing work.
