The employer had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program to address the chemicals employees work with including but not limited to denatured alcohol and adhesives which are irritating to respiratory system and skin, suspected carcinogen and highly flammable.

The employees had not been provided with information and training on how to recognize, avoid, and mitigate the hazards associated with the chemicals they work with including but not limited to denatured alcohol and adhesives which are irritating to respiratory system and skin, suspected carcinogen and highly flammable.
