Energy sources used for the machine include but are not limited to electric and pneumatic energy.  Employees engaged in servicing and maintenance activities on the company's MaxxReach Machine (Model #MR3-28-88-30-MRT-UL-LH) were exposed to hazards created by unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy.
