29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about September 10, 2025, and two days prior, the employer failed to implement and utilize machine specific procedures for the control of hazardous energy for the MaxxReach Machine (Model #MR3-28-88-30-MRT-UL-LH). Energy sources used for the machine include but are not limited to electric and pneumatic energy. Employees engaged in servicing and maintenance activities on the company's MaxxReach Machine (Model #MR3-28-88-30-MRT-UL-LH) were exposed to hazards created by unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy.
