29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) Facility - On or about August 18, 2025, the employer did not report to OSHA the hospitalization of an employee due to work related incident. The incident was reported to OSHA on 9/11/2025. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1694817, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/20/23, with respect to a workplace located at 300 N. 10th St. Killeen, TX 76540. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1696518, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/11/24, with respect to a workplace located at 4948 Mountain Vista St., Las Vegas, NV 89121.
