29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i):The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1: (a) In the X-Ray Room, located at 4424 Friendly Way, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543, on or about 9/11/2025, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that the 125 kV InnoVet X-Ray machine was placed directly in front of the disconnect, preventing its access by employees.
