On or about September 11, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing framing activities at twenty (20) feet two (2) inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.

On or about September 11, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using a pneumatic nail gun and a portable handheld circular saw did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.
