29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a) New residential construction located on Lot #116 at 300 Arwen Dr., McDonough, GA 30252, Front side of structure: On or about 09/11/2025, the employer exposed an employee to falls up to 18-feet to the lower level, in that a safe means of access to the work platform on the welded tubular scaffold system was not provided. b) New residential construction located on Lot #116 at 300 Arwen Dr., McDonough, GA 30252, Front side of structure: On or about 09/11/2025, the employer exposed an employee to falls up to 11-feet, 6-inches to the lower level, in that a safe means of access to the work platform on the welded tubular scaffold system was not provided.
