29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a. On or about September 12, 2025, at the shop area: employees were exposed to burns and asphyxiation hazards in that, the fire extinguisher was obstructed by a small dumpster, a trash can, and the cables of a vacuum cleaner.
