On or about September 12, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about September 12, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential sheathing operations, eleven (11) feet four (4) inches above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about September 12, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential framing operations, eleven (11) feet ten (10) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
