29 CFR  1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l):Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under paragraph (d) of this section are identical to those set forth at paragraph (l)   a) On the jobsite located at 1720 Kilpatrick Rd Nokomis FL: On or about 09/12/25, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that the forklift operator did not complete a powered industrial truck evaluation and training course prior to operating a rented JLG Forklift onsite.

29 CFR  1926.1060(a):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways:  a) On the jobsite located at 1720 Kilpatrick Rd Nokomis FL: On or about 09/12/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not provide a ladder safety training program to the employees using ladders to install Janus rolling doors.
