29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. On or about September 12, 2025, at the residential jobsite, employees were using nail gun(s) without eye protection while installing shingles on the roof of a new home under construction. Melvin Galindo Navarro Miranda was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1741195, citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/4/2024 with respect to a workplace located at 21903 Citrus Grove.
