29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:  On or about August 18, 2025, it was observed that employees of a subcontractor under the control of Cabanas Construction LLC engaged in roofing activities at a residential construction site located at 3312 North 179th Street, Omaha, Nebraska and were exposed to fall hazards.  The employer did not ensure employees working approximately 20 feet, 5 inches above the next lower level, as measured from the gutter to the ground, were not protected from falling.
