29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section: a- 314 Magnolia Avenue, West Berlin NJ: On or about 09/16/25, a company employee and the company Foreman were exposed to struck by and caught in hazards when they working in a trench haivng side walls that were neither properly benched, shored, or shielded. This trench had a maximum depth in excess of 8 feet 7 inches and a width in excess of 5 feet 8 inches.
