29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) New Residential Construction Lot 38 at 7251 Lyric Street, South Fulton, GA. 30213, second level landing: On or about September 16, 2025, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 16 feet 6 inches from the eave to the ground below while installing performing roofing activities. JIG ROOFING LLC was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1834539, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/05/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 872 Porter Ridge Lane, Decatur, GA 30032.
