29 CFR  1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   (a)  Backside of the building - On or about September 11, 2025, the employer exposed subcontractor employees to a safety hazard, in that an eye wash station or an acceptable means of continuous eye flushing for at least 15 minutes was not available, for subcontractor employees that worked with corrosives, including Magnolia Color Cement and Cemex Masonry Cement.
