On or about September 15, 2025, Two employees of Caballero Framing LLC, were observed working on top of the building frames of a three-story residential building located at 3400 Reed Crossing St., Bldg. #5, Saint Charles, MO 63301. They were observed working on top of the building frames with no fall protection.
