The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to operate Powered Industrial Trucks that did not have labels to identify the function of each control lever. Instances of exposure include, but are not limited to: 1. 1 Yale Powered Industrial Truck was in service while the control levers were not labeled to indicate their function. 2. 1 Hyster Powered Industrial Truck was in service while the control levers were not labeled to indicate their function.
