29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling while they are boarded with powered industrial trucks: On or about September 11, 2025, at a warehouse loading dock located at 12300 NW 116th Avenue in Medley, Florida, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards when entering and unloading a semi-truck trailer with a powered industrial truck (PIT) while the semi-truck did not have wheel chocks in place to prevent the truck from rolling forward.
