29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  At the worksite located at 8485 Prospect Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64132:    Employees were exposed to slip and trip hazards when traversing through areas of the production floor that included, but were not limited to the front near the entrance/offices.  The building surfaces showed visible accumulations of dust from the manufacture of materials.
