29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 09/17/2025, at a residential roof project located at 747 East West Rd, in West Seneca NY; employees were working on the roof of a residential home. The roof had multiple pitches including a 5 in 12 pitch with an eave height of approximately 12 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
