29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Lot 24: On or about September 16, 2025, and at times prior, the employer, exposed employees to a fall hazard in that effective fall protection was not provided while employees were working on a single story residence at heights greater than 10 feet to ground level while collecting materials for residential framing work.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards a) Lot 24: On or about September 16, 2025, and at times prior, the employer, exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that a fall protection training program was not provided to employees while they were performing residential framing work at elevations greater than 10ft. Employees were not trained to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed to mitigate those hazards.
