29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws. (a) Ship sorter OB1 - On or about September 17, 2025, the employer failed to repair the broken strain relief on a low voltage controls wire cord exposing employees to electrical hazards.
