OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing death or serious physical harm including injuries from struck-by and crushing hazards: a) On or about August 19, 2025, at 1302 US 41 N, Calhoun, GA, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards while manually moving a disabled 2007 International MA015 box truck weighing approximately 20,000 pounds down a 5-degree incline on a crushed gravel surface.
