29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At the jobsite located at 24812 ElK Rd. in Chanute, Kansas, employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards. An employee working inside an aerial lift basket between 23 - 25 feet above ground to remove forms underneath a bridge at the south side of the river (station 3318, pier 4) located in Chanute, Kansas, fell to the ground due to no safety harness being worn.
