29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about September 19, 2025, at a new commercial construction jobsite, employees were installing metal framing to exterior the building from the basket of a JLG 460SJ aerial lift without having a harness with a lanyard attached to basket.  DOMINION CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.453(B)(2)(V), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION  NUMBER 1728551, CITATION 1, ITEM 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON MAY 9, 2024, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2402 HARLEM RD, RICHMOND, TEXAS.
