29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Each employee on a jobsite was not protected from electric shock hazards in that the employer did not prevent worn or frayed electric cords or cable from use: a) On or about September 22, 2025, at the second level of the construction site located at 247 Worth Ave, Palm Beach, Florida, 33480, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard while using a power distribution box that had frayed electric cords(i.e. Southwire Power Distribution Unit - Model: 01970-3R02 - Serial Number: 45001/ Southwire Twist-Lock Power Extension Cord). b) On or about September 22, 2025, at the second level of the construction site located at 247 Worth Ave, Palm Beach, Florida, 33480, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard while using a frayed electric cords(i.e. Heavy Duty Extension Cord - 100')
